Admins are only given access levels on a separate non-rp account, to prevent abuse
Admins are not allowed to use their powers outside of tickets and services.
Admins are required to be transparent about bans, deletes, or admin actions. Audit Logs are publicly available for all verified users to see, for transparency.
Items created for fun (aka, meth) should not give players any advantage (items created for serious RP are exempt)
Admins should always discuss actions in the admin channel first, such as bans, channel deletions, or punishments (exceptions allowed in emergencies, such as trolls or raids)
Admins are required to give at least one verbal warning before applying a mute or @Banned from Public role. (exceptions allowed for slurs, angry posting/yelling, or spamming)
In the situation a ban is considered, the offending party should be given a chance to defend themselves in a temp private channel. (this channel must be archived before deleting)
Admins are expected to not undermine eachother in public, the private channel exists for a reason
For transparency, users are allowed to request chatlogs of admin convos if it pertains to them. Admin channel exists to keep drama out of general, but everyone has a right to know if they're being talked about.
Remember that admins are no more powerful than the people who are in the server, we just voluntarily run things and our reward is the fruits of our labor.
